By installing, accessing, or using the GlowCheck mobile or web application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GlowCheck is an ingredient-safety information tool. It analyses cosmetic and personal-care product ingredient lists against published toxicology databases and surfaces a safety read-out tailored to your declared skin profile. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional health advice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowCheck. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify support@glowcheck.app immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

GlowCheck offers a one-time $4.99 USD Full Analysis unlock via Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple’s App Store policies. Manage and request refunds through Apple’s report-a-problem page.

You may not (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service; (b) misuse the Service to spam or harm others; (c) impersonate any person or entity; or (d) use the Service to make health-treatment decisions in place of consulting a licensed clinician.

GlowCheck, its trademarks, logos, copy, code, and analysis algorithms are owned by GlowCheck Inc. and protected by intellectual-property law. User-supplied content (scanned barcodes, photographed labels, profile data) remains owned by you; you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that ingredient assessments are complete, accurate, or current for every product on the market.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowCheck Inc.’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, CA.
